I’ve been a bad girl!
by Sensual Lina ~ April 27th, 2010. Filed under: General.Yes I have! In fact I’ve been such a bad girl that I have not written anything in almost a month! But I will make it up, I promise. So what should I write about today?
How about this for a topic – What Do Courtesans and Securities and Exchange Commission Executives (SECEs) have in common? PORN!
It is not a big secret that all successful Modern Courtesans are savvy Internet marketers and business women. We spend a lot of time on line browsing business related websites, posting, debating, researching, emailing and we do get to see a lot of sexy images and videos.
SECEs seem to do the same! Some up to 8 hours a day. Unfortunately, they are also tasked with such unimportant tasks like making sure that:
- our economy does not collapse,
- we don’t have Ponzie Scams,
- Goldman Sachs does not turn into Goldman Sux, or
- Grandma won’t loose her house in Jumbo Loan Refinance.
In other words, they are not paid to fuck or fuck around but instead they are paid to make sure that we do not get fucked as society!
At first, I was appalled that people who have such responsibility will watch Debbie Does Dallas while Bernie Did USA. But then it occurred to me that there may be more to the story that meets the eye. I did some research and it turns out that SECEs are not the only ones.
For example, according to this article published by Society For Human Resource Management,
- Seventy percent of all online porn access occurs during the 9 a.m.-5 p.m. workday.
- Twenty percent of men and 13 percent of women admit they download porn at work.
- Two out of three of 500 polled human resources professionals said they have found pornography on their employees’ computers.
Massive downloading of porn by government employees is not something unheard of either. In 2008, nine D.C. government employees were fired and 32 were disciplined for viewing pornographic Web sites thousands of times on the job. The worst offender was a single employee whose computer registered 48,002 porn site page views in 2007.
That averages to about one hit every 2.5 minutes!
So why did SECEs got into such hot water over their exploits? Some people believe it is retaliation by certain company that has some explaining to do over their unscrupulous business practices. Others are saying that expecting government officials with no real administrative power to actually work for living is a bit naive. I am sure there will be more plausible explanations of Porngate, I just don’t care to explore them all. I am just glad in my job it is OK to watch sexy naked laddies on-line.
Of course most of you probably will read this post during the 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on workday ….
